Sports Nutrition Presentations

Whether you're participating in club, high school or collegiate level athletics - what you EAT can play a major role in your performance. Jody can give presentations to teams, larger groups or parents tailored to the specific needs of your sport and audience. Topics will be modified to your specific needs but may include pre- / post- workout fuel, off season eating, food for muscle building, endurance fuel, eating on the road and more.
